a more serious problem than the last

right now our clan chat is not working...actually for about a week...everyday i ask other clans if theres is working and it always is...right now im thinkin its beacause of shihi glitching and getting our name on cbl...if we ont have clan chat we cantplay clan matches nearly as well...im thinking our only option is too start over unless some1 else has any bright idea?
